Booking information
Prices are inclusive for up to 2 people.
There is a supplement of €10 per extra person per night to a maximum of 4. Please contact us for a quote if you are more than 2 person occupancy.
There is a 3 night minimum stay all year, except high season with a 5 night minimum (June/July/August/September/October).
We can be flexible on minimum stays during infill dates, please contact us.
A 50% deposit is payable on booking to secure your dates, & the balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.

Check-in from 3pm. Check-out by 11am.
Prices include all bed linen, bath towels & wifi.
We can supply beach towels if needed.
The apartments are no smoking.
No pets allowed. Not suitable for young children.
This is a `quiet hours´ property from 10pm to 7am.
Cancellation policy
25% of the total booking price is non-refundable.
50% is non-refundable if cancelled inside 4 weeks of arrival date.
0% refundable if booking is cancelled within one week of arrival.
In unusual or extreme circumstances, the refund is at the management discretion.
